An ICP stands for Ideal Customer Profile. It’s an important step which should be completed on the outset of your startup journey. Define the demographics and psychographics of your ideal customer.

STEP 2: CREATE CUSTOMER PERSONAS

Now that you have a define the general demographics and psychographics of your ICP, create some customer personas. Give them a name. Write a description of that person.
